Customisation, including all Luxe Box Sets with custom name playmats, are designed and printed to unique specifications and shipment time will be a bit longer. We promise it is worth the wait!

Orders are sent using Aus Post and tracking details will be available once orders are with Aus Post.

We accept returns within 14 days of order receipt. If you are dissatisfied with your order, we are always more than happy if you reach out to us.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days. Kindly note that return shipping costs will be for your account when goods are sent back to us. In the event that a replacement order is agreed upon, shipment will be absolutely free.
